James Alexander is a Texas native and raised in a military family stationed from coast to coast and oversees. He attended the U. of Pennsylvania with a degree in Economics. For the past two decades he has been in leadership roles in the aviation industry both Continental Airlines (Denver, Guam, Asia, and Houston) and Frontier Airlines in Denver. Plus, he owned his own aviation consulting company for three years after returning to Houston.
Prior to the airline career, James was a commercial banker for nearly a decade principally in the Denver market. His Commercial Real Estate portfolio was comprised of:
•- Land Acquisition and Development loans
•- Office renovation loans including buildings on the National Historic Registry
•- Industrial warehouse/ office construction loans
•- PUD’s
•- Bridge and permanent financing facilities
•- Residential mortgage loans
•- Commercial business working capital lines of credit
•- Bank REO’s and distressed loans resolutions
Currently, James is the newest member of the Red Commercial team. He is pursuing a candidacy in the distinguished CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) program held by only 9,000 commercial real estate professionals in the U.S. and in 30 countries. His experience in corporate finance and banking will provide unique support to the Red Commercial clientele.
